"The Weight of Flawlessness" explores the exhaustion of trying to become something impossible. The marble statue of a man appears sculpted and idealized, yet fractures have begun to spread across his surface. His hands pull inward as if trying to hold himself together, protect what remains intact, or conceal the evidence that he is beginning to break. The piece reflects the relentless awareness of every flaw, every mistake, and every part of ourselves we believe must be corrected before we are worthy of being truly seen.
The cracks aren't what make us imperfect. They're what reveal that the standard of perfection was never possible in the first place.
